What are the attributes we look for?

Sales Consultants & Sales Associates:

• Proven track record in a sales role, probably selling things worth a bit of dosh (you will have lasted longer than 18 months)

• Know enough about real estate to know it’s not about ‘selling houses’ - it’s most definitely a people business!

• Great communication skills with the ability to sell yourself in addition to your product or service

• Ready to put in the work, making cold calls, knocking on doors, striking up conversations with strangers in the street (in your target area or ‘patch’ of course)

• Enthusiasm and resilience - you have evened out the highs and lows, so you bounce rather than plummet after a set back

• Driven to learn - our clients want you to succeed and they will put the effort in to support you as you develop your sales skills

Property Managers:

• Just like Sales Consultants you will have gained a couple of years’ experience (you’ll know what we mean when we say ‘routines’ and ‘arrears’)

• Not just great at written and verbal communication, you’ll keep your calm when one of your tenants calls about a dishwasher that has spontaneously gushed

• So organised, you use checklists for everything and tick every conceivable compliance box when using the company CRM
